Do you accept custom projects?
Yes. If you need something not listed on our website, just send us a message. We can handle custom designs, special prints, bulk orders, and custom website features.
How long is the turnaround time?
Turnaround time varies per service:
- Design: 1–4 business days
- Print: 3–10 business days
- Website: 7–21 business days
We will give you a clear timeline before starting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- GCash
- Bank transfer
- PayPal (for online orders)
- Cash for walk-in pickups
Do you require a down payment?
Yes.
Design and website projects require 50% or full payment depending on scope.
Print orders must be fully paid before production.
Where is your location?
We are based in Bacolod City, Philippines.
Pickup is available for print orders.
What website platforms do you use?
We build websites using WordPress.
Do you offer refunds?

How do I get a quote?

Do you offer rush services?
Rush options are available for selected design and print services.
What print items do you offer?
We print:
Business cards, stickers, labels, signage, shirts, mugs, merch, giveaways, brochures, and custom items.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. Upload your file or send it via Messenger or email. We’ll check if it’s print-ready.
Do you check my file before printing?
Yes. We review your layout for basic issues.
But please double-check your spelling, colors, and details before approval — we print exactly what you approve.
Do you offer rush printing?
Rush service is available for selected items. Please message us to confirm availability.
Do you deliver print orders?
Pickup is available in Bacolod City.
Delivery via courier can be arranged if needed (fees apply).
How long is the printing time?
Printing usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on the item and quantity.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are not available once work or production has started.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes — but only before work starts.
Once design or printing begins, cancellations are no longer allowed.
Can you remake or reprint an item if there’s an error?
If the mistake is on our end, we fix or reprint it.
If the error was approved by the client (spelling, layout, colors), remake charges may apply.
Pickup & Delivery
Where do I pick up my orders?
Pickup is in Bacolod City at our shop location.
We will send the exact address after your order is confirmed.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, for selected items.
Shipping fees depend on weight and courier rates.
How will I know when my order is ready?
We will message you via email or phone number when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you save my files for future orders?
No. We do not save any files for future orders. You need to submit another one.
