1. Services We Provide
InkSite offers:
- Design services
- Printing services
- Website design and development services
- Business bundles and packages
- Custom projects based on client requirements
We reserve the right to update or improve our services anytime.
2. Ordering & Project Start
A project begins once:
- We receive your project details
- We confirm the scope
- A payment is made (partial or full depending on the project)
We do not start any work without payment confirmation.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made through our approved methods (GCash, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.).
- Most design and website projects require full or partial upfront payment.
- Print orders must be fully paid before production.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started (design or production).
If you need flexible payment terms, please discuss before project start.
4. Revisions
Most services include revision rounds:
- Design services: 1–2 revisions depending on the package
- Website services: 1 revision phase before launch
- Print services: revisions apply to layout only, before printing
Extra revisions beyond what is included may have additional fees.
5. Approvals
You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving:
- Designs
- Layouts
- Spelling, text, and details
- Colors
- Final proofs before printing
- Website pages before launch
Once approved, InkSite is NOT responsible for errors found after production or launch.
6. Printing Terms
By approving the final print layout, you agree to the following:
- Color output may vary slightly from screen to print
- Print orders cannot be changed once production begins
- Reprints due to client errors may incur additional charges
- Printed items may have minimal variations due to materials or machines (industry standard)
We do our best to deliver high-quality, accurate prints every time.
7. Website Projects
For website projects, the following apply:
- Client must provide content (text, images, product info, etc.)
- Timelines may adjust depending on client response time
- Additional features or pages not included in the initial scope may have extra fees
- Website revisions are limited to one round unless stated
- Website management or maintenance is a separate service
We aim to launch every website smoothly, on time, and with clear communication.
8. Turnaround Times
Estimated timelines:
- Design: 1–4 business days
- Print: 3–10 business days
- Website: 7–21 business days
- Custom projects: timeline depends on complexity
Delays may occur if:
- Client feedback is late
- Files or content are incomplete
- Scope changes mid-project
- There are technical or supplier issues
We will always communicate updates as needed.
9. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are only allowed before work starts.
Refunds are not available for:
- Projects already in progress
- Completed designs
- Approved and printed orders
- Website work that has already begun
- Digital files already delivered
We aim to provide clear expectations upfront to avoid misunderstandings.
10. File Delivery & Ownership
Design files provided after full payment may include:
- JPG
- PNG
- Print-ready files
- (Vector files included if part of the package)
InkSite owns:
- Working files (AI, PSD, raw design files) unless purchased separately
- Website templates or presets used during development
Clients may request working files at an additional fee.
11. Pickup & Delivery
Print orders may be:
- Picked up at our Bacolod location
- Delivered through a courier (delivery fees apply)
Delivery time depends on courier schedules.
12. Use of Client Materials
If you submit photos, logos, or content:
- You confirm you own the rights or have permission to use them
- InkSite is not liable for copyright issues related to client-provided materials
13. Portfolio Use
InkSite may showcase completed work (designs, prints, websites) in our:
- Website portfolio
- Social media
- Marketing materials
If you prefer your project not be shown, please notify us in writing before production.
14. Limitation of Liability
InkSite is not liable for:
- Losses caused by printing delays
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Website downtime due to hosting issues
- External plugins, themes, or third-party service errors
We always aim to provide reliable and high-quality service.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
The updated version will always be posted on our website.
